Tom and Bev have achieved International President’s Circle which is awarded to the top 9% of Coldwell Banker Sales Associates. They have also received awards as Sales Associates of the Year, Top Sales Associates and Top Listing Associates from thier Coldwell Bank RaderGroup office.

Tom has received his Brokers License and ePro Certification. This certifies him as an internet professional, recognized and endorsed by the National Association of Realtors®. Tom serves on the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors® membership committee and  on the North East Oklahoma Multiple Listing Service, Data Systems committee.

Bev holds a GRi (Graduate, REALTOR®Institute) designation indicating extensive education, increased knowledge, professionalism and productivity.  GRI is a nationally recognized designation of the National Association of Realtors.  She also holds a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which is the equivalent to Master’s Degree in Real Estate.
